Order Processing:
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You will be notified in the unlikely event there is a delay in processing your order.
Shipping:
Standard shipping for your entire order is $4.80 anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs/AFOs, Puerto Rico, etc. Please allow 2-7 days after the processing time of your order for delivery. Please allow additional delivery time during peak mail periods (two weeks before Christmas, and the 10 days prior to Mother's Day and Father's Day) and for delivery points outside of the continental United States. Expedited Mail (1-2 day delivery) is available as well, simply select the option at checkout
Most of our toolbelts and diaper kits can be shipped internationally. Please contact us to determine shipping availability and charges.
All items shipped include a delivery confirmation number, which will be provided to you at the time of shipment.
Delivery confirmation numbers can be tracked at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com. If the carrier website indicates your package was delivered, but you have not received it, it is imperative that you contact your local carrier office as soon as possible. This will be "Step One" once you contact us, so it's better to do this as soon as possible to avoid possible delays.
Gift Wrap:
Sorry - gift wrap services are not available, but gift messages are. You can inclulde a personal note under "Special Instructions" at checkout.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will be more than happy to offer a refund for unopened packages returned within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items will have a 'personalized' restocking charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Opened products, or returns received after 14 days may be subject to restocking fees. Please contact us for a Returned Merchandice Authorization number and instructions. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in a delay of processing your return.
Payment:
Purchases made through Daddy Diaper Toolbelts are made through Authorize.net or PayPal. You can call us during regular business hours to make a purchase using Visa or MasterCard. Purchases made by check will be held for 10 days for check processing.
