Order Processing:
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, but are dependent on your need-by date. Having a need-by date of ASAP will not speed up the delivery time of your order. For instance, having a need-by date of the next day, but selecting standard shipping, will not get your tool belt to you the next day.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is available for the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APOs/AFOs, Puerto Rico, etc. Please allow 2-7 days after the processing time of your order for delivery. Please allow additional delivery time during peak mail periods (two weeks before Christmas, and the 10 days prior to Mother's Day and Father's Day) and for delivery points outside of the continental United States. Express Mail (generally 1-2 day delivery after processing time) is available as well, simply select the option at checkout. Express Mail is not 'next day' delivery from the date an order is placed, but a 1-2 day delivery time. Not all areas offer Express Mail delivery on Saturdays.
Items are shipped Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 days processing time. We ship as quickly as we can. Please note orders placed after business hours will not ship the same day. Orders placed using Express Mail do not have a next-day guaranty. Carriers do not offer pick up services on the weekend. All items shipped include a delivery confirmation number. The tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipment.
Delivery confirmation numbers can be tracked at www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com. If the carrier website indicates your package was delivered, and you have not received it, it is imperative that you contact your local carrier office as soon as possible.
Gift Wrap:
Sorry - gift wrap services are not available, but gift messages are. You can inclulde a personal note under "Special Instructions" at checkout.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will be more than happy to offer a refund for unopened packages returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Open products, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please contact us for a Returned Merchandice Authorization number and instructions. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in a delay of processing your return.
We can only refund or exchange tool belts that are received by us. We cannot refund for orders not received by us at our shipping address.
Payment:
Purchases made through Daddy Tool Belts are made through Authorize.net. We no longer accept PayPal payments because of increased incidents of fraud. You can contact us during regular business hours to make a purchase using American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Purchases made by check will be held for 10 days for check processing.
Refunds:
We process refunds the same or next business day after we receive returned merchandise, or the day after an order is cancelled. Each bank or card issuer has their own policies for refunds, and when those funds are available. Refunds take a minimum of 5 business days to process through our credit card processor and through your bank or card issuer. Some card issuers take up to 30 days to credit a credit card after they receive our refund request. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the refund process.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. We cannot process refunds by any another payment methods.
